Bupropion should not be combined with alcohol usage. This combination can lead to seizures. If you usually drink a lot of alcohol, talk to your doctor before stopping suddenly. This can also lead to seizures. Be very careful when driving or operating machinery while using Bupropion. Some people feel dizzy or drowsy, so you should not engage in anything potentially dangerous until you know how you will feel. Dizziness occurs most often when getting up after sitting or lying down. To prevent falls, you should get up slowly. |

Do not use Bupropion if you have also used monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) such as isocarboxazid (Marplan), phenelzine (Nardil), or tranylcypromine (Parnate) in the last two weeks. |
